Attorney Catherine Magennis is a bilingual immigration attorney focusing on family petitions, humanitarian relief and deportation defense. Catherine has worked in immigration law throughout her professional career. Catherine received her juris doctorate, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she participated in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. She obtained a Bachelors of Arts in both Spanish and Latin American Studies, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, in order to fully understand the language and culture of many of the clients that she represents.
