Dummit Fradin domestic attorney Jessica Culver spoke on the CBS WFMY morning show concerning “alienation of affection” as it pertains to high profile ongoing NFL case.
Attorney Jessica Culver practices family law, with a commitment to achieving the best results for her clients. Ms. Culver’s practice experience varies from intensive litigation to amicable settlement resolutions. She creates a custom, goal-centered legal solution for each client.
Attorney Culver also has experience in criminal law, including managing a private criminal defense practice, and prosecution work with the Guilford County District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Culver co-wrote the CLE Update to the ABCs of DWI published by the NC Bar Association in 2014.
Jessica was awarded the Avvo Family Law Clients’ Choice award in 2014, the Featured Family Attorney award in 2015, and the Avvo Excellent award in 2016 and 2017. In 2015 and 2016, she was named one of the 10 Best for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. In 2017, Attorney Culver was chosen as Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite, an honor awarded to less than 3% of North Carolina attorneys.
Ms. Culver earned her B.A. cum laude at Hollins University, where she was a top-ranked competitor on the equestrian team. Her unique experiences at Hollins include two winter terms spent in Maui, where she led research teams in a vessel impact study on the Hawaiian Humpback Whale with the Ocean Mammal Institute. Before going to law school, Ms. Culver worked as a public relations executive in New York City and a green building expert in Roanoke, Virginia. At Elon Law, Jessica became President of a political club and was hand selected by the Dean to serve on a committee to promote diversity and inclusion on campus.
Attorney Culver is a member of the Elon Law Alumni Association, the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, the High Point Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
