Dummit Fradin is proud to announce Attorney Jessica Culver as a new Managing Partner. Jessica is the third Partner, joining Clarke Dummit and Michael Fradin in leading the firm.

Since joining Dummit Fradin in 2017, Jessica has been committed to cultivating positive culture, growing the team, innovating systems, and building on the firm’s reputation for excellence and standout client satisfaction.

The founding partner Clarke Dummit said: “Ms. Culver has been an integral part in overall firm growth, including a 700% growth of the domestic team under her mentorship.”

Ms. Culver has recruited and trained talent in every Dummit Fradin location. She’s mentored numerous law school interns and supervised several others in their residency programs at the firm.

Jessica has been at the helm of developing “Dummit Fradin – Family Law Attorneys” as our second location in Greensboro (from the floor plan to staffing). Partner Mike Fradin shared: “The huge success of this second Greensboro office has led us to the acquisition of a second Winston Salem office, set to open in 2022. This office will also be dedicated to the firm’s thriving family law practice.” Jessica has been preparing the Winston domestic team to move into this office and continue to provide unmatched legal services to families in the triad.

Originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, Jessica has grown roots in Greensboro, where she lives with her husband, son, and rescue dogs. To give back, Jessica coaches applicants for the NC Bar Exam, speaks at law schools, works with animal rescue groups, and serves on the Community Leadership Committee for the Children’s Home Society. She frequently appears as a legal consultant on WFMY2’s morning show and other special news pieces.

Jessica has helped hundreds of families navigate marital dissolution, with an emphasis on protecting the children involved. Her domestic practice includes property division, spousal support, child custody, child support, separation agreements, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, and divorce. She focuses on all aspects of North Carolina domestic law.
