Dmitry Vinogradsky is an immigration attorney in Greensboro, NC. He is fluent in Russian and knows basic French. His diverse background and range of skills make him a valuable addition to our immigration team at Dummit Fradin.

Before joining Dummit Fradin, Dmitry drafted settlement and separation agreements for a local Winston-Salem law firm. He also spent many years assisting at his family’s immigration firm in Ohio. There, he wrote briefs in support of motions required in immigration proceedings. He also organized estate records and assisted in monitoring and managing estate assets. His experience in these areas make him ready to help you with family petitions, asylum cases, DACA renewal petitions, and much more.

Dmitry is constantly looking for ways to contribute to his community. During law school, he was the environmental pro bono director at Wake Forest Law School. He wrote about environmental issues, served as the liason between the Yadkin River Keeper and Wake Forest Law, and helped students get involved in environmental pro bono opportunities.

While he’s had exposure to many different aspects and areas of law, Dmitry is drawn to the humanitarian impact of immigration law. He hopes that his passion for humanitarian issues along with his diverse background will help him make a difference in people’s lives.

Dmitry likes a good game of ultimate frisbee and, when time permits, playing video games with friends. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, he roots for the buckeyes every year as they barrel their way to the National Championship.
