Magaly Asunción Hurtado is a bilingual paralegal at our High Point office. Magaly was born in Anderson, South Carolina but raised in Efland, North Carolina. She attended Orange High School in Hillsborough, NC. While at Orange, she earned the opportunity to work as a receptionist and interpreter at a criminal defense firm in Hillsborough. It was while working there that sparked her interest in the law field.
After graduating high school, she attended Guilford Technical Community College. There, she earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology. Since graduating she’s worked in a number of law firms as a personal injury paralegal. Magaly loves being a paralegal because she is making a difference and taking care of her clients.
Magaly is married and loves her one and a half-year-old son. Outside of work, Magaly enjoys watching her husband compete in soccer games. She enjoys cooking Hispanic food and exercising because she eats Hispanic food.
