I have been working with a family since 2013 when I practiced in Connecticut.  I helped immigrate her two oldest kids to the USA after she was separated from them a decade.  After concluding her kids cases, I worked on her case.  She was granted her immigrant visa Friday.  Unfortunately three weeks before she left the USA to attend her immigrant visa interview she was diagnosed with a brain tumor, but when she returns to the USA this Saturday, thankfully she will be a lawful permanent resident. She is going to be completely reunited with all of her family and will have treatment at one of the best hospitals in the country rather than risking being forced back to Guatemala and seek treatment at one of the worst heath care systems in the world. – Dummit Fradin Immigration Attorney

Her US citizen husband had this to say about our representation:

“Hello just wanted to let you know that Heydy finally got her passport. stamp and everything so she hopefully will be back on the fourth. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the hard work that you did for us through all of these years. I deeply appreciate all of your help and I seriously believe there not better person than you out there for this. Thank you so much.”
