About Patrick Apple
Born in Greensboro, Patrick is a local with strong ties to the area having been raised in nearby Pleasant Garden. He attended North Carolina State University where his mind for defense work was already at center stage as a varsity linebacker on the Wolfpack football team. He completed his studies in Raleigh as a scholar athlete and returned to his hometown to study law.
Patrick is involved in the local community through multiple organizations including his church, local youth camps, and coaching youth football. When not practicing law, he can be found speaking at conferences and running an open gym at his church.
Patrick has been recognized with numerous awards and nominations including the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, the AVVO Client’s Choice Award, Business North Carolina Legal Elite for Criminal Law, and North Carolina’s Super Lawyers.
Patrick has helped thousands of individuals through the legal process with representation ranging from pre-charge assistance all the way through trial and appeals. His practice includes all facets of North Carolina criminal defense from assaults, DWIs, larcenies and robberies, drug charges, as well as white collar crimes. Patrick also frequently represents clients seeking protection of their driver’s licenses following DWI and other traffic-related charges. His skill set also includes fighting for clients’ driving privileges at the DMV through his experience navigating the DMV’s difficult and burdensome hearings.
