Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the U.S., Melanie Polanco brings a diverse perspective to her role as Client Relations Specialist. Driven by a desire to ensure everyone receives fair legal representation, she bridges the gap between clients and attorneys in our Greensboro office, streamlining communication and fostering trust.

Melanie’s passion for advocacy began at a young age, leading her to pursue an associate degree in Paralegal studies. She believes in providing exceptional support, going above and beyond to empower clients during challenging legal processes.
