About Rosa Banos

Rosa Banos is a legal assistant in our Winston-Salem Criminal Defense Office.  She is returning to Dummit Fradin after spending some much-needed time with her family. Rosa is fluent in both English and Spanish and particularly enjoys legal work because it gives her the opportunity to help others in her community navigate everyday issues.

Rosa was raised in Mexico by her grandparents and moved to the United States as a child to better her life. She graduated from Carver High School in 2018, and a short time later came to work for Dummit Fradin. Her hope in joining our team was to hone her communication skills and learn valuable abilities for her future. What she found was all of that plus a passion for the practice of law in a place she felt at home.

When she isn’t at work, you can find Rosa cracking jokes with her friends and simply enjoying her life, at least when she isn’t off-traveling the world.
